Skydive fundraising

Many congratulations to Sijo who jumped out of a plane (with a parachute!) and has raised over £700 for the ministry of CSSI, particularly the tailoring centre currently being built in Kerela, South India. Here is a link to his daredevil jump:

Sponsored sky dive!

I have decided to do a Charity Skydive in support for CSSI
Your donation, whether it be small or big to support this Charity that does amazing work in the rural India would be very much appreciated. I have known and supported CSSI since the last five years.

Thank you very much for all your donations and support

Sponsored walk raises £600

Pam and Steve Frost walked 19 miles along part of the South Downs Way to raise funds for CSSI. The aim was to raise awareness and finance for a new tailoring centre in Kerala. Over £600 was raised for this worthy cause. Many thanks to them!

Land for the community centre

With the support from friends from the UK, we were able to buy a piece of land in up in the hills of Kerala, Chenkara, to shift our tailoring centre to a permanent location.

As the Lord gave us funding we will be building a community centre on the newly bought land which will have a capacity to seat 150 – 200 people. This will be a great help for the local community living up in the hills to come together for meetings, fellowship and cultural functions. We are thankful to all those who stood with us financially to purchase this land.

In future this facility will help to train more women for skill work.
